Simone Beraldi

Mr Simone Beraldi obtained his Master’s degree in law at the University of Fribourg in 2016. Subsequently, she served as a judicial pupil at the Mendrisio Sud Magistrates’ Court and at the Division of Justice of the Canton of Ticino. Between April 2017 and December 2018 he held his legal and notarial internship at an important law firm in the Lugano area.

Since August 2019 he has been working with the Delogu Law and Notary Firm, dealing in particular with advice and litigation in labour law, contracts, family law, criminal law and corporate law.

Mr Beraldi is listed in the Cantonal Register of Lawyers of the Canton of Ticino, the Bar Association of the Canton of Ticino and the Swiss Bar Association.
