Costantino Delogu

Costantino Delogu obtained his licentiate in law at the University of Fribourg in 2000. Afterwards he carried out his legal and notarial practice at the Jelmini Law and Notary Firm in Lugano and in 2003 he obtained the lawyer’s patent. In 2008 he obtained the public notary’s patent.

Between 2003 and 2008 he practiced as a lawyer at the Jelmini Legal Firm and in July 2008 he started his independent professional activity, founding the Delogu law and notary firm.

He is the first editor of the work on the labour law system Sistema di diritto del lavoro Boss, published by Boss Editore, respectively author of articles for the related journal and speaker in numerous seminars dedicated to the in-depth study and dissemination of labour law.

He lectured for several years on labour law for assistants and human resources specialists.

He also holds courses and seminars, in particular in the areas of labour law, public procurement and succession law, for private bodies and public institutions.

Mr. Delogu is especially engaged in the field of labour law consulting, both for private individuals and public corporations, in the fields of contract law, criminal law, inheritance law and public procurement law. He is also a public notary and in charge of all the activities entrusted to the competence of a public notary by law, in particular in the fields of corporate law, family law, property rights and inheritance law.

Mr Delogu is listed in the Cantonal Register of Lawyers of the Canton of Ticino, the Chamber of Lawyers of the Canton of Ticino, the Swiss Federation of Lawyers and the Chamber of Notaries of the Canton of Ticino.
