Since 2025, Tania Naef has been part of the Delogu Law Firm team, bringing solid professional experience in law, gained over more than ten years of practice in both litigation and advisory work at two well-established law firms in Lugano.

She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg and a Master’s degree in law and criminology from the University of Lausanne. She subsequently obtained her lawyer’s licence in the Canton of Ticino.

Alongside her professional activity, she has developed teaching skills, giving courses at the Centre for Tax and Legal Competence of SUPSI in Manno and at the Centro Studi Villa Negroni in Lugano-Vezia.

Within the firm, Ms Naef’s work focuses on litigation management and personalised advice. Her areas of expertise include banking and financial law, the law of obligations with particular attention to contract law, corporate law, employment law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, exequatur procedures for foreign decisions and deeds, as well as inheritance law.
