Attorney Costantino Delogu, founder and owner of the Delogu Law and Notary Firm in Lugano, is a lawyer and notary with well-established experience in the Ticino legal landscape.

He began his academic path with two years at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy of the University of Milan, deepening his knowledge of modern and contemporary history, before going on to earn his law degree (Licence) from the University of Fribourg: a background that combines solid legal training with broad cultural insight.

After completing his legal traineeship in Lugano, he obtained his lawyer’s diploma in June 2003 and was admitted to the Ticino Bar Association. In the following years of legal practice, he gained significant experience in labor law consulting and litigation, refining a rigorous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.

Since 2006, he has served as editor responsible for the legal section of the publication “Il diritto del lavoro applicato” (“Applied Labor Law,” Boss Editore SA), a role that reflects his specialized and continually updated expertise in labor law.

In June 2008, he obtained his notary diploma, expanding his professional practice to include notarial services as well. Since July 2008, he has practiced independently, leading the firm with a vision grounded in expertise, reliability, and personal attention to clients.
