In the event of corporate disputes or matters involving the liability of corporate bodies, we act decisively, assessing legal protection strategies and settlement or litigation solutions. Our approach is aimed at preventing legal risks and protecting the assets and interests of the company and its shareholders. DEBT ENFORCEMENT AND BANKRUPTCY LAW
Our law and notary firm assists individuals and businesses in recovering unpaid debts, handling the entire procedure from payment reminders through to enforced collection. We offer a fast, effective service aimed at maximising the chances of actually recovering the amounts owed.
We handle the out-of-court phase through reminders and formal notices, seeking possible settlement solutions and repayment plans. Where no agreement is reached, we initiate the enforcement proceedings provided for under the Federal Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (DEBA), handling payment orders, objections and rulings on objections, up to seizure of assets or the debtor’s bankruptcy.
We also protect clients who find themselves subject to unfair or incorrect enforcement proceedings.
