Within the field of social security, the Firm’s staff liaise with the various Cantonal Offices, advise the client on the steps to take in order to assess the effectiveness of insurance practices and decisions to award or refuse pensions or provide benefits, and lodge appeals against these decisions with the Cantonal Insurance Court and the Federal Supreme Court, as well as with the civil courts for all contractual relationships under private law in the field of insurance.
